She wanted an Alice in Wonderland birthday party this year, so I began planning several months ago. While usually I really enjoy making a big fuss for her birthday I just didn't feel up to it this year. You see this is something my mother and I enjoyed doing together. I'd bounce ideas off of her and we'd come up with this great birthday. My favorite was the year we had a dance party. Mom made tutu's for all the girls. I struggled with what to do. But, finally decided that maybe we could do a much smaller/easier party this year. So, that's what we did. We made a Mad Hatter cake, Maryssa wore her Alice in Wonderland dress and we went to Bonkers.
We took cupcakes and Kool-aid to Mayrssa's art class.
